About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Solution Engineer to help build and scale the technical side of Novee's channel partner activity across the Eastern US.

In this role, you will combine technical partner enablement with hands-on support for partner-led sales opportunities. You will train and support partner technical teams, help them build confidence in positioning and demonstrating Novee, and work alongside them to lead customer demonstrations and POVs.

You will collaborate closely with our Channel Manager, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams across the US and Israel.

This is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership, cross-functional impact, and direct access to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Train and enable partner technical teams to position, demonstrate, and evaluate Novee's platform.
  • Deliver technical onboarding, workshops, and ongoing guidance to help partners develop their expertise and independence.
  • Lead product demonstrations with partners and articulate Novee's value to technical and non-technical customer audiences.
  • Own and execute customer POVs alongside partners, including defining success criteria, setup, troubleshooting, and demonstrating successful outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted cybersecurity and technical advisor to partners and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with the Channel Manager and account teams to support partner-led opportunities and drive technical success.
  • Create partner demo scripts, POV playbooks, training resources, and technical enablement materials.
  • Support integration discussions, API evaluations, and security considerations.
  • Share partner and customer insights with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions.
  • Develop and improve technical partner enablement processes and best practices in collaboration with the broader Solutions Engineering team.
  • Represent Novee at partner meetings, joint customer engagements, industry events, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Based in the Eastern US, within a two-hour drive of a major airport.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales Engineer, working directly with prospects on sales opportunities.
  • Previous experience working directly with channel partners in a technical pre-sales capacity, including partner enablement and support for joint customer opportunities.
  • Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, and cloud environments.
  • Experience in Offensive Security and/or Application Security.
  • Hands-on experience leading POVs for enterprise customers, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
  • Ability to train and guide technical audiences through product demonstrations, workshops, and hands-on evaluations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings, customer engagements, technical workshops, industry events, and conferences.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and cloud architectures.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket workflows.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, and DevOps workflows.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
  • Experience using LLMs in offensive security workflows.
  • Experience building technical playbooks, training resources, or enablement processes in a startup environment.
