Account Executive - Israel & Europe

Reporting to: VP of Sales

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive growth across Israel and selected European markets and help expand Novee’s presence in the cybersecurity market.

In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle - from identifying and developing new opportunities to closing strategic enterprise deals. You’ll work closely with our Solutions Engineer, as well as our marketing, product, and technical teams, to deliver meaningful value to customers throughout the sales process.

As the Account Executive responsible for this territory, you’ll have significant ownership over developing the market, building the pipeline, and establishing strong relationships with customers and partners.

You’ll play a key role in bringing Novee’s vision to life by helping enterprises adopt cutting-edge, AI-powered offensive security technology.

This is a high-ownership individual contributor position for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building markets, and knows how to turn relationships into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle- from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Develop Novee’s commercial presence across Israel and selected European markets.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, industry relationships, partners, events, and conferences.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key prospects, customers, and relevant industry stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Solutions Engineer throughout the sales process, including discovery, demonstrations, technical evaluations, and proof-of-value processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales development, product, and technical teams to execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance, maintain pipeline visibility, and report progress and results to leadership.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential risks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience within the cybersecurity industry- a must.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level sales cycles from initial prospecting through close.
  • Experience working with early- to mid-stage cybersecurity startups or high-growth technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of the Israeli cybersecurity market; experience selling across European markets is a strong advantage.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled negotiator with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot and familiarity with sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting tools.
  • A true field player- actively engaging with customers through on-site meetings, industry events, conferences, and partner activities.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to take full ownership of a territory and the sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across Israel and Europe as required.
  • Full professional proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
  • Technical knowledge or familiarity with cybersecurity, offensive security, application security, infrastructure, or DevOps tools is a strong advantage.
