About Us

Novee is the AI penetration testing platform built for a world where attackers operate at machine speed. Founded in Tel Aviv in April 2025 by a team with decades of nation-state offensive security experience - including veterans of Unit 8200, Iron Dome, and elite zero-day research - we're turning that expertise into a platform that thinks like a real attacker, runs continuously, and uncovers the novel vulnerabilities that manual testers and scanners miss.

We raised $51.5M in four months, backed by top investors YL Ventures, Canaan Partners, and Oren Zeev - one of the fastest funding trajectories in offensive security. Our proprietary AI model outperforms frontier LLMs by over 55% on real exploitation benchmarks, and we're just getting started.

We're looking for exceptional people to join our mission: making continuous, intelligent offensive security the new standard.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead day-to-day recruiting execution across the US and help build the teams behind Novee's growth.

As our sole US-based recruiter, you will be the primary recruiting partner for US hiring managers. You will work closely with our VP of Sales to grow our commercial organization and support additional US hiring needs as the company expands.

You will take a leading role in defining candidate profiles, building pipelines, conducting recruiter interviews, and managing the interview process. You will partner closely with our HR Manager in Israel on candidate evaluation and key hiring decisions.

Based in New York City and reporting to our Head of Operations, this is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant ownership, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to shape how we attract and engage talent across the US.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting execution for US roles, including hiring kickoffs, sourcing, recruiter interviews, and interview process management.
  • Partner closely with the VP of Sales and other hiring managers to understand business priorities, define candidate profiles, and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, personalized outreach, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Recruit across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and other US functions as hiring needs evolve.
  • Conduct recruiter interviews to assess relevant experience, motivation, communication skills, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Manage candidate communication and interview coordination, ensuring a responsive and consistent candidate experience.
  • Drive timely feedback and next steps with hiring managers and interview teams.
  • Collaborate with our HR Manager on candidate evaluation and hiring decisions, and support reference checks and offer discussions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and pipeline data in our ATS.
  • Share recruiting progress, market insights, and pipeline challenges with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Develop and improve sourcing approaches, interview workflows, and recruiting practices as the company grows.

Requirements

  • Based in New York City or within commuting distance of our NYC office.
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, including experience recruiting US-based roles for technology companies.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting GTM roles, including Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and other customer-facing positions.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and assess candidates.
  • Strong interviewing skills and sound judgment when evaluating candidate experience and motivation.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches independently while keeping stakeholders aligned and processes moving.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
  • Experience working with an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the US and Israel.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Bonus Points

  • Recruiting experience in cybersecurity.
  • Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup.
  • An established network of US Sales, Solutions Engineering, or other GTM professionals.
  • Experience serving as a dedicated recruiter for a business unit or geographic market.
  • Experience building recruiting processes and using pipeline data to improve hiring outcomes.

What We Offer

  • A high-impact role as Novee's dedicated US recruiter, helping build our growing US organization.
  • Close partnership with our VP of Sales, hiring managers, HR Manager, and leadership team.
  • Significant ownership over candidate pipelines and day-to-day recruiting execution.
  • The opportunity to shape recruiting practices and contribute directly to the company's growth.
  • A front-row seat in a fast-growing cybersecurity startup backed by top-tier investors.

Compensation
