About The Position

Reports to: Director of Sales Operations

About Us

Novee is the AI penetration testing platform built for a world where attackers operate at machine speed. Founded in Tel Aviv in April 2025 by a team with decades of nation-state offensive security experience - including veterans of Unit 8200, Iron Dome, and elite zero-day research - we're turning that expertise into a platform that thinks like a real attacker, runs continuously, and uncovers the novel vulnerabilities that manual testers and scanners miss.

We raised $51.5M in four months, backed by top investors YL Ventures, Canaan Partners, and Oren Zeev - one of the fastest funding trajectories in offensive security. Our proprietary AI model outperforms frontier LLMs by over 55% on real exploitation benchmarks, and we're just getting started.

We're looking for exceptional people to join our mission: making continuous, intelligent offensive security the new standard.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Revenue Systems Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in both HubSpot and Salesforce to support Novee’s growing go-to-market organization.

A key responsibility of this role will be helping lead and execute the transition from HubSpot to Salesforce, including system configuration, data migration, process mapping, testing, and user adoption. You’ll work closely with Sales Operations and other go-to-market teams to ensure the transition is structured, accurate, and aligned with the company’s business needs.

Beyond the migration, you’ll own the day-to-day administration of our revenue systems and help bring structure, consistency, and visibility to our CRM environment. This includes building dashboards and reports, creating workflows and automations, maintaining data quality, and supporting the systems and processes behind our sales and marketing activities.

Novee participates in approximately 30-40 marketing events annually, each requiring dedicated campaign setup, tracking, and reporting. You’ll help ensure these campaigns and their associated data flows are built correctly and provide meaningful visibility into performance and pipeline generation.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on position for someone who enjoys organizing complex systems, solving operational challenges, and building scalable processes in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute the transition from HubSpot to Salesforce, including system configuration, process mapping, data migration, testing, validation, and user adoption.
  • Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Clean, organize, and standardize existing CRM data, processes, properties, fields, workflows, and permissions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting views that provide actionable insights to Sales Operations and company leadership.
  • Design and implement workflows, automations, lead-routing processes, lifecycle stages, and data-management rules.
  • Manage CRM data migration and synchronization while maintaining data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Build and manage HubSpot and Salesforce campaigns supporting approximately 34 annual marketing events, including campaign setup, attribution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Maintain integrations between the CRM platforms and other go-to-market tools.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and guidance to CRM users.
  • Create clear documentation for system configurations, workflows, processes, and user guidelines.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the existing CRM environment and proactively recommend and implement improvements.
  • Establish scalable CRM governance and best practices as the company continues to grow.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering both HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Proven experience supporting or leading a migration from HubSpot to Salesforce, including data mapping, migration, validation, and system configuration.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, sales processes, marketing operations, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience building workflows, automations, dashboards, reports, campaigns, custom fields, objects, and permission structures.
  • Experience managing large volumes of CRM data and maintaining strong standards for data quality and governance.
  • Experience configuring marketing campaigns, campaign attribution, lead tracking, and event-related workflows.
  • Ability to translate business and operational requirements into practical, scalable system solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of systems that require significant structure and improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership.
  • Ability to work regularly during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup or fast-growing technology company is a strong advantage.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification and/or HubSpot certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations, APIs, data-import tools, and revenue technology platforms is a strong advantage.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to lead a critical CRM transition and shape Novee’s revenue systems from the ground up.
  • Significant ownership over the systems, processes, and data supporting a rapidly growing global go-to-market organization.
  • Close collaboration with Sales Operations and direct exposure to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and company leadership.
  • A collaborative and supportive environment that values initiative, problem-solving, accountability, and ownership.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge technology at the intersection of AI and offensive cybersecurity.
  • The excitement of joining a fast-growing company and making a direct, meaningful impact on its operational scale and success.
