About the Role

We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to join Novee and help ensure customers and prospects are operationalizing our platform in the best possible way.

This is a highly hands-on, technical role with strong ownership, sitting at the intersection of Product, R&D, Sales, and Customers. Your mission will be to take what we build and make it actually work-seamlessly-inside complex enterprise environments.

You’ll be responsible for designing integrations, solving real-world technical challenges, and ensuring our platform delivers value beyond the demo. This includes working with APIs, integrating into customer systems, troubleshooting production issues, and adapting our solution to fit different environments and use cases. The role also requires strong cybersecurity expertise, particularly in areas such as penetration testing, to effectively understand and address real-world security challenges. You’ll work closely with cutting-edge AI agents, leveraging them to deliver smarter, more effective security outcomes for our customers.

This is a high-impact role, where you’ll have the opportunity to shape how this function operates-define processes, bring best practices, and become a key bridge between customer feedback and product development.

You’ll work directly with customers and prospects, join technical conversations, and ensure successful implementations-while also supporting pre-sales and post-sales efforts when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions in customer environments, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration
  • Work hands-on with APIs, integrations, and system architecture
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and security issues in production, including validating and remediating vulnerabilities identified by Novee
  • Act as a key technical bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and Customers
  • Support both pre-sales and post-sales technical processes
  • Join customer calls and lead technical discussions and deep-dives
  • Translate customer requirements into practical, scalable solutions
  • Identify product gaps and work closely with Product & R&D & GTM to improve the platform
  • Build and define processes for implementation and customer onboarding
  • Ensure the product not only demos well-but actually works in real-world environments

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer / Sales Engineer / Architect / Pre-Sales / Professional Services / Advanced Support / Pentester / Red Team
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and complex environments (end-to-end)
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and working across systems, along with a solid understanding of ethical hacking principles.
  • Experience working in production environments and solving real-time issues
  • Experience leading implementations or technical onboarding for enterprise customers
  • Strong ability to translate unclear requirements into working solutions
  • Experience working closely with Product and R&D teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Bonus Points


  • Background in cybersecurity (AppSec, Offensive Security, Red Team, Penetration Testing)
  • Experience working with Application Security or Engineering teams on the customer side
  • Networking knowledge and experience working across distributed systems
