About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Technical Alliances to build and own Novee’s technology partnership function from the ground up.

Reporting to our CPO & Co-founder, you will develop partnerships with AI, cybersecurity, and other technology companies. You will identify opportunities to bring Novee’s capabilities into complementary products and platforms, build relationships with partner teams, and turn those relationships into active collaborations through integrations, product usage, and joint go-to-market initiatives.

We are looking for someone who began their career in a technical role and moved into partnerships, bringing both technical depth and an established network. You should be comfortable discussing integration opportunities with engineering teams, defining mutual value with business leaders, and working with marketing teams to bring a partnership to market.

As the first person dedicated to this function, you will own both strategy and execution. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with broad responsibility for initiating partnerships and making them happen.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute Novee’s technology partnership strategy, with a focus on AI and cybersecurity companies.
  • Identify and prioritize potential partners, proactively initiate conversations, and develop relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Define the value of each partnership for Novee, the partner, and their customers, and translate it into a concrete collaboration plan.
  • Work closely with Product, Research, and Engineering to evaluate integration opportunities, align priorities, and coordinate delivery.
  • Lead partnerships from initial outreach through agreement, implementation, launch, and ongoing activity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and GTM teams on joint launches, campaigns, content, and events that showcase the partnership and its results.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships, identify opportunities, and represent Novee.
  • Own the partnership pipeline and track the number of active partnerships established, alongside their adoption and business impact.

Requirements

  • A technical career foundation, such as software engineering, security research, solutions engineering, or a comparable role.
  • Proven experience building and leading technology partnerships or technical alliances at a B2B technology company.
  • A track record of personally initiating partnerships and taking them through implementation and launch.
  • An established network of relevant relationships within the AI, cybersecurity, or broader technology ecosystem.
  • The ability to understand technical products, assess integration opportunities, and engage meaningfully with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience defining mutual value and coordinating technical, business, and marketing stakeholders across organizations.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent English, with the ability to communicate technical and business value and represent Novee at industry events.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to build a function independently in a fast-moving startup.
