About the Role

We're hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and own our infrastructure from the ground up.

This is a founding DevOps role in the company - a unique opportunity to design, implement, and scale the systems that power our AI-driven cybersecurity platform.

You’ll define and build our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automate everything possible, and ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across all environments.

You’ll partner closely with backend, AI, and security engineers to design a modern, secure, and efficient infrastructure that supports fast iteration and world-class products.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the company’s cloud infrastructure (AWS) from scratch.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to support fast, safe, and automated deployments.
  • Define best practices for infrastructure as code, monitoring, and observability.
  • Implement robust security and compliance practices across cloud and production environments.
  • Collaborate with backend and AI teams to ensure scalability, resilience, and efficiency.
  • Automate everything possible - provisioning, scaling, and testing.
  • Lead observability, incident response, reliability improvements, and cost optimization efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps / Infrastructure / Site Reliability Engineer, ideally in a startup or fast-scaling company.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm, etc.), and automation frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of networking, security, and observability (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar).
  • Experience building systems that prioritize security, scalability, and uptime.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).
  • A “builder’s mindset” - excited by challenges, ownership, and the opportunity to create from zero.
  • Bonus: experience with Kafka, AI / ML infrastructure, GPU orchestration, or data pipelines.
