Compensation: The annual base salary range for this role is 150,000$-180,000$, plus equity. Actual compensation within this range will depend on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Field Marketing Lead to build and lead Novee's field marketing program and turn meaningful in-person engagement into a measurable pipeline.

As our first in-house field marketing hire, you will own strategy, planning, and execution across flagship trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, Novee-hosted events, and joint programs with channel partners.

You will combine creative thinking with operational discipline: developing experiences that resonate with security leaders, coordinating every detail, and ensuring each program has clear goals, targeted outreach, and timely follow-up.

You will direct the field marketers who support Novee through our agency partner and help build and grow our in-house field team as the company expands. Working closely with Sales and the broader Marketing team across the US and Israel, you will shape where we invest, how we show up, and how we measure results.

This is a hands-on leadership role with significant ownership, direct access to executive leadership, and a clear impact on Novee's growth.


Responsibilities

Field Strategy and Execution

  • Build and own Novee's field marketing strategy and annual event calendar, including flagship conferences such as RSAC and Black Hat, regional programs, executive events, and Novee-hosted experiences.
  • Evaluate event opportunities, sponsorships, and investment levels based on target audiences, sales priorities, competitive presence, and expected business impact.
  • Lead event planning and execution, including creative concepts, venues, vendors, logistics, staffing, and on-site delivery.
  • Develop repeatable event playbooks covering target accounts, attendee recruitment, meetings booked in advance, Sales coverage, and follow-up within 48 hours.
  • Own the field marketing budget, forecast spending, and allocate resources across programs.

Pipeline and Measurement

  • Partner with Sales leadership, BDRs, and AEs to define program goals and convert event engagement into qualified meetings and opportunities.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to track sourced and influenced pipeline, campaign performance, and return on investment.
  • Review results after each program and use the findings to improve future investment and execution.

Partner Programs

  • Plan and execute joint events and co-marketing programs with channel partners in collaboration with the Channel Sales team.
  • Manage market development funds (MDF) for field programs, including planning, budget tracking, and performance reporting.

AI and Automation

  • Use AI and automation to improve account and attendee research, invitations, follow-up, meeting coordination, and event reporting.
  • Build and improve repeatable workflows, including agent-based workflows where useful, to scale execution efficiently.
  • Evaluate new tools and share effective approaches with the broader Marketing team.

Team and Collaboration

  • Set priorities and guide execution for the agency field marketers supporting Novee.
  • Help hire, develop, and grow the in-house field marketing team as the company expands into additional regions.
  • Manage event agencies, venues, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Content, Design, and Product Marketing to deliver consistent, effective programs.
  • Keep stakeholders across the US and Israel aligned on plans, responsibilities, timelines, and results.


Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in field or event marketing for companies selling to US enterprise customers.
  • Experience building or scaling field marketing programs in a high-growth technology company.
  • End-to-end ownership of major industry trade show participation, including planning, budgeting, on-site execution, and follow-up.
  • A demonstrated track record of driving pipeline through field programs and measuring their performance.
  • Experience using HubSpot or Salesforce to track campaigns and report results.
  • Experience leading people or agency teams and managing external vendors.
  • Strong project management and budgeting skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to improve marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to partner with Sales.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality experiences under tight timelines.
  • Comfort building processes from scratch and working with distributed teams across time zones.
  • Based in the New York City area and available to work in our Manhattan office as part of a hybrid schedule.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in cybersecurity marketing, particularly engaging CISOs and enterprise security teams.
  • Experience owning field programs at RSAC or Black Hat.
  • Experience running a Customer Advisory Board or a company-hosted customer summit.
  • Experience with partner co-marketing across resellers, MSSPs, or GSIs.
  • Experience managing MDF programs.
  • Experience working at an Israeli-founded company.
