About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional VP of Sales to lead our global sales strategy and execution.

As one of the company’s key executives, you’ll be responsible for building, scaling, and managing our go-to-market function - driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the cybersecurity market.

You’ll develop the sales vision, establish the playbook, and build a high-performing sales organization from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Hire top Account Executives in the U.S., with a strong focus on building a team capable of executing at early- and growth-stage scale.
  • Define and optimize the sales process - including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking - to ensure clarity and repeatability as the company scales.
  • Establish scalable sales operations, enablement, and performance metrics that align with company goals.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure full alignment across the go-to-market motion.
  • Personally drive and push key deals to close, taking an active role in strategic negotiations and customer engagements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers and partners, representing Novee at major industry events and conferences.
  • Identify new market opportunities, revenue streams, and expansion strategies to drive ARR growth from 0 to $10M and beyond.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy to meet and exceed company growth objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to the executive team and board.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in high-growth startups or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity, infrastructure, or AI-driven solutions- Must.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, including managing large, complex deals- Must
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams- Must.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving startup environment.
