About The Position

Reports to: VP of Sales

About Us

Novee is the AI penetration testing platform built for a world where attackers operate at machine speed. Founded in Tel Aviv in April 2025 by a team with decades of nation-state offensive security experience - including veterans of Unit 8200, Iron Dome, and elite zero-day research - we're turning that expertise into a platform that thinks like a real attacker, runs continuously, and uncovers the novel vulnerabilities that manual testers and scanners miss.

We raised $51.5M in four months, backed by top investors YL Ventures, Canaan Partners, and Oren Zeev - one of the fastest funding trajectories in offensive security. Our proprietary AI model outperforms frontier LLMs by over 55% on real exploitation benchmarks, and we're just getting started.

We're looking for exceptional people to join our mission: making continuous, intelligent offensive security the new standard.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive growth across the West Coast, with a focus on the Bay Area, and help expand Novee’s presence in the cybersecurity market.

In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle-from identifying and developing new opportunities to closing strategic enterprise deals. You’ll work closely with our Solutions Engineer, as well as our marketing, product, and technical teams, to deliver meaningful value to customers throughout the sales process.

As the Account Executive responsible for this territory, you’ll have significant ownership over developing the market, building the pipeline, and establishing strong relationships with customers and partners.

You’ll play a key role in bringing Novee’s vision to life by helping enterprises adopt cutting-edge, AI-powered offensive security technology.

This is a high-ownership individual contributor position for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building markets, and knows how to turn relationships into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Develop Novee’s commercial presence across the West Coast, with a focus on the Bay Area.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, industry relationships, partners, events, and conferences.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key prospects, customers, and relevant industry stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Solutions Engineer throughout the sales process, including discovery, demonstrations, technical evaluations, and proof-of-value processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales development, product, and technical teams to execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Accurate and timely forecasting to the VP of Sales for leads and deals pipeline.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  • Maintain current leads and deal information in CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience within the cybersecurity industry-a must.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and rapidly evolving product feature/functionality.
  • Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level sales cycles from initial prospecting through close.
  • Experience and success working with early stage Israeli startups.
  • Strong understanding of the West Coast cybersecurity market; experience selling in the Bay Area is a strong advantage.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled negotiator with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot and familiarity with sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting tools.
  • A true field player-actively engaging with customers through on-site meetings, industry events, conferences, and partner activities.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to take full ownership of a territory and the sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across the West Coast as required.
  • Technical knowledge or familiarity with cybersecurity, offensive security, application security, infrastructure, or DevOps tools is a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience as an SDR or BDR is a strong plus.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy of a fast-growing cybersecurity startup.
  • A collaborative, supportive environment that values initiative, creativity, and ownership.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge, futuristic technology at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity - working hands-on with innovations that define the next era of cyber defense.
  • Competitive compensation with strong performance-based incentives.
  • The excitement of joining a company in its growth stage and making a direct, meaningful impact on its success.
