About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Platform team, currently made up of six engineers, and help build and scale the core product behind our AI-powered security platform.

In this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of complex features-from designing scalable backend services and APIs to building intuitive, high-performance user experiences. You’ll work across the stack, turning complex AI and cybersecurity capabilities into reliable, accessible products that customers can use effectively.

We’re looking for an experienced engineer with strong technical depth in both frontend and backend development-not someone who specializes primarily in one side of the stack. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, AI researchers, security experts, and other engineers to take ideas from concept to production.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and own complex product features across the frontend and backend.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and reliable backend services and APIs.
  • Design and implement reliable, fault-tolerant workflows using Temporal or similar workflow orchestration technologies.
  • Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
  • Translate complex AI and cybersecurity data into clear, actionable product experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, AI, security research, and engineering teams.
  • Make thoughtful architectural decisions across the stack, balancing scalability, performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, observability, and system reliability.
  • Identify technical challenges, improve existing systems, and contribute to the team’s engineering standards and technical direction.
  • Take full ownership of features throughout their lifecycle-from initial design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, ideally in a startup or fast-scaling technology company.
  • Strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development-a must.
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.
  • Strong backend development experience, preferably with Go or TypeScript.
  • Experience designing and building APIs using GraphQL or REST.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, system design, scalability, and performance.
  • Experience working with databases, cloud environments, and containerized applications.
  • Experience  with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or GCP, and modern CI/CD practices.
  • Experience taking complex features from concept to production with a high level of ownership.
  • Strong product mindset and the ability to translate technical requirements into simple, effective user experiences.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Passion for clean code, maintainable architecture, and continuous improvement.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Vitest and Playwright.
  • Familiarity with real-time applications, data visualization, or complex data-driven interfaces.
  • Experience working with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration technologies.
  • Experience building cybersecurity, infrastructure, DevOps, or AI-powered products.
  • Previous experience in an early-stage startup environment.
