About the Role

As Novee’s Solution Engineer in Israel, you will be the primary technical partner for our regional sales efforts. Working closely with local Account Executives, you will lead all technical engagements with customers across Israel and Europe.

This is a highly hands-on, customer-facing role with significant ownership. As the first SE in the region, you will play a key role in building our technical sales presence, influencing product direction, and shaping how we engage with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical product demonstrations for customers across Israel and Europe
  • Own and execute end-to-end POCs, including setup, troubleshooting, and defining success criteria
  • Act as the trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle
  • Partner closely with local AEs to drive deals forward and support strategic accounts
  • Translate customer needs into product and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share field insights and influence roadmap
  • Support integrations, API discussions, and security-related evaluations
  • Build and refine demo environments, POC playbooks, and technical materials
  • Help establish best practices for pre-sales activities in the region

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer / Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer
  • Strong technical background in Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud environments
  • Proven experience leading POCs with Enterprise customers
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to both technical and business audiences
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, and R&D


Bonus Points

  • Experience in offensive security, AppSec, or threat research
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and cloud architectures
  • Experience working with customers in Europe
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, or DevOps workflows
