About the Role

We’re hiring Novee’s first Technical Account Manager (TAM)- a highly technical, customer-facing role focused on ensuring our customers successfully deploy, operate, and scale Novee’s platform in their environments.

As the founding TAM, you will act as the technical owner of post-sales customer relationships, working closely with security, engineering, product, and research teams. You’ll support customers through onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization, while serving as their technical advocate inside Novee.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of Customer Success, Support, and Engineering, offering a unique opportunity to shape how Novee supports enterprise customers at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers post-sale
  • Lead technical onboarding, integrations, and deployments of Novee’s platform
  • Deeply understand customer environments, architectures, and security workflows
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution with Engineering and Research teams
  • Proactively monitor customer usage and technical health to identify risks or optimization opportunities
  • Translate customer technical feedback into clear requirements and insights for Product and Engineering
  • Support customers in interpreting security findings and operationalizing insights
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to support renewals, expansions, and long-term success
  • Build technical playbooks, onboarding guides, and best practices as the TAM function grows
  • Maintain a high bar for responsiveness, ownership, and customer trust


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, or similar technical customer-facing role
  • Experience supporting enterprise-grade, technical products — ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of systems, integrations, APIs, and cloud environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
  • Strong ownership mindset and hands-on approach
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken)



Bonus Points

  • Background in cybersecurity, security operations, AppSec, or offensive security
  • Experience working with SOC, AppSec, or Security Engineering personas
  • Familiarity with customer health metrics, usage analytics, or post-sales tooling
  • Experience building TAM or post-sales technical processes from scratch
