About the Role
We’re hiring Novee’s first Technical Account Manager (TAM)- a highly technical, customer-facing role focused on ensuring our customers successfully deploy, operate, and scale Novee’s platform in their environments.
As the founding TAM, you will act as the technical owner of post-sales customer relationships, working closely with security, engineering, product, and research teams. You’ll support customers through onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization, while serving as their technical advocate inside Novee.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of Customer Success, Support, and Engineering, offering a unique opportunity to shape how Novee supports enterprise customers at scale.
